7e is a pioneering private mortgage fund, expertly navigating the landscape of performing and non-performing first position mortgages. Recognizing a niche opportunity in senior debt financing which is an area we do not focus on, we're looking to take advantage of the leads we pass on and are looking to partner with an individual to broker these bridge loans, value-add loans, new construction loans, and permanent portfolio loans to institutions we have existing relationships with.
Job Summary: We're seeking highly motivated, customer-centric individuals for the role of Commission-Based Private Money Loan Broker. This role is ideal for sales professionals passionate about real estate.
Compensation: This is a commission-only position. Compensation is tied to loan originations with a target of $1M a month in brokered originations. This individual will not be an employee of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Relationship Building:
- Drive sales, focusing on building relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents through monitoring platforms like Facebook, BiggerPockets, and direct referrals.
- From these leads this individual will be trained to use standardized tools to assess and underwrite loans, ensuring they meet fundability criteria.
- Loan Processing:
- Collect required information for the borrower approval process and coordinating with third party lender to provide necessary information for application submission.
- Pipeline Management:
- Efficiently manage a diverse pipeline of clients and loan applications, prioritizing to meet targets and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Competency in financial analysis, organization, and calculations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
