Hello Everyone, I am starting a rehab in Detroit MI and will use Hard Money Lending (HML). Has anyone worked or used this HML from Detroit MI? Appreciate an honest feedback

Never heard for Builder Circle. Are you already working with them? Do you already have a deal approved/purchased? What price point are you looking at?

It's tough to find HML in Detroit at the sub-$100k price point (where most folks tend to look). I know one company that does it, but the fees are pretty hefty.
