I'm looking into joining Jack Leicht flip secret program too, but I'm not sure if this is worth it to join and invest money into it. How long have you researched the program?

 I am always happy to chat about hard money - and I am biased, but I think I am an excellent communicator! ;)

We have heard of them but have chosen not to close deals through them since we have found better options. We have a lot of investors that are way more flexible.

Have not heard of them. 

Their website is pretty, but lacks any real information like specifics about their loan products, rates & fees, etc. :(
