I have an off market cash deal I am looking to complete in Louisiana. We have agreed to the terms, we need to get the paperwork done. Is there a realtor that could do the paperwork for the deal? We want the paperwork done correctly. We know we will pay for the work. This is in Cut off, Louisiana. Thank you
