Looking for DSCR 85% LTV

Any advice on good lenders offering 85% LTV on purchase for STR? I currently have three successful STR's and am wanting to purchase two more back to back, which is why I need a greater LTV. FICO of 760, and both will cash flow with ease basing off of my current occupancy rates for my rental homes on the same street. I am already approved for one of them through my local bank with 15% down, but on 15 years. So many lenders pop up on a google search, but it's difficult to tell which are credible. Thanks in advance!

going to be exceedingly hard to find. Vast majority of DSCR Lenders are maxed at 80% LTV right now and the few that do advertise "85%" its more honestly of a bait and switch in my view than a legitimate offering, since many times they will have a lot of restrictions to qualify (such as such a high rate/DSCR hurdle and restrictions on STR etc that actually make it pretty much impossible to actual get that leverage)
