I am looking for a home inspector for an older home I have under contract downtown Indianapolis (does not need rehab). Does anyone have someone they have worked with and had good experience with? Thanks so much for your help!

Thank you for your recommendations so far!

I'm getting quotes of $800 to $900 for inspections that include:

Inspection

Radon

Sewer Scope

Termite

Does this seem normal?  Seems awfully high to me..

That seems pretty high. We paid $425 last year for an inspection.

Sewer scopes are not done by a home inspectors. That's a plumbing company job which should be $150-200 tops.
