Mobile Home Park Financing for Purchase <$1M

Does anyone know of good lenders (eg banks, brokers, etc) I can work with to finance a mobile home park purchase? The purchase price would be between $600k-$1M. I'm looking throughout the country but targeting the midwest and price of ~$850k.
