Looking for PMs with experience renting to students in University Heights

Hi all,

 I'm going to be closing on a duplex in University Heights that's currently rented by the room to students of the nearby university and I'm looking for recommendations on a property management team that can help me continue renting in this manor.  I have already connected with a few PMs in the Cleveland that were only open if the property was rented normally, which I'm not against, but I would like to have some options and a rental analysis comparison.
