Finding a lender

Howdy Denver community! My fiance and I are becoming first time home buyers in the Denver area. Was hoping someone in this forum could refer us to their preferred lender! We're starting off with a single family home then eventually plan to convert it to a rental and use the equity to buy our second home starting our real estate business.
