Marketing New Build While Still Under Construction?

Hi! I'm looking for recommendations in marketing a new construction rental property (townhouse in a new community) as early as possible while it is still actively being built. I realize that photos are important to prospective tenants, and with the property still under construction until July, I want to be able to provide quality images when the townhouse is complete. However, I don't want to wait too long and then miss prime opportunities to market the property with enough time in advance to secure a great tenant. Thanks for any insight.
