Looking for a mentor

Good afternoon All!

I’ll jump right into it, I own a duplex that came with an adjacent vacant lot a little over 12,000 sq ft. I have little experience when it comes to developing or building on it, whether that’s a small unit or purpose-built structure.

I’m posting this to see if anyone with experience in this area would be open to hopping on a call to help point me in the right direction. I’d really appreciate any guidance!
