 I see. It's a good sized lot. Have you decided fully which route you're going to take and how you're going to fund the project? Those are two big questions on that front.

Good afternoon All!

I’ll jump right into it, I own a duplex that came with an adjacent vacant lot a little over 12,000 sq ft. I have little experience when it comes to developing or building on it, whether that’s a small unit or purpose-built structure.

I’m posting this to see if anyone with experience in this area would be open to hopping on a call to help point me in the right direction. I’d really appreciate any guidance!
