Need down payment for flip
Hey everyone, I have multiple off market flips that I am looking at. I have hard $ lined up my contractors and everything but I need the down payment. Anyone willing to partner or lend? Each house is around 60-80k down payment. And about 60-80k profit after all construction, acquisition, holding and selling expenses. Turn around is 6mo max properties are located in Bremerton and Tacoma areas, Washington state. Thanks!
