Hey everyone, I have multiple off market flips that I am looking at. I have hard $ lined up my contractors and everything but I need the down payment. Anyone willing to partner or lend? Each house is around 60-80k down payment. And about 60-80k profit after all construction, acquisition, holding and selling expenses. Turn around is 6mo max properties are located in Bremerton and Tacoma areas, Washington state. Thanks!

Hey everyone, I'm looking for fixer properties within 20 miles or so of my home town of Edmonds WA. Looking mostly for residential houses or possibly plexes under 5 units. The cheaper the better because as we all know you make your money when you buy.

I am eager to meet new folks and learn from anyone willing to tell me about their experiences. Currently I am a property manager for friends and family who own rental properties.
