Wanted: Property management company for small HOA

Does anyone have any leads on Property Managers for a 9 unit HOA in the Seattle area? I'm one owner of the 9, desperatetly need annual financial review/audit, monthly accounting of expenses/income, and long term reserve study. Thanks
