Does anyone have any leads on Property Managers for a 9 unit HOA in the Seattle area? I'm one owner of the 9, desperatetly need annual financial review/audit, monthly accounting of expenses/income, and long term reserve study. Thanks

Does anyone have a contact they can recommend for a property management company for a small HOA (9 units) in the Seattle area? I'm one owner of 9 and we are in desperate need of an accountant/management company that can do an annual audit/review of books, monthly income/expenses management, and a long range 20 year + reserve study. Current financials of the HOA are in disarray with funds for operating expenses/income co-mingled with reserve fund. Any leads/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
