I'm an active out-of-state investor focused on the Birmingham, AL market. I'll be in town from June 28th to July 4th and I'm looking to connect with a reliable contractor who understands the BRRRR strategy, Section 8 requirments and can handle rehabs in the best zip codes and avoid the problem areas. My goal is to continue acquiring and renovating about 2 properties per month.
