I'm Omasiri Udeinya and I am looking to lease 4 parking spaces in a high-traffic commercial lot (e.g., shopping center, gas station, or office park) to install 2 DC fast EV chargers.

We'll cover all installation, setup, and maintenance costs ensuring no expense to the host.

Details:

Chargers: ChargePoint Express 250 (62.5kW each, CCS/CHAdeMO/NACS-compatible).

Lease Offer: month fixed + revenue share from usage fees.

Requirements: Public-facing access, proximity to 480V power preferred; Douglasville area ideal but open to Atlanta metro.
