Hi Everyone,

I'm Omasiri Udeinya and I am looking to lease 4 parking spaces in a high-traffic commercial lot (e.g., shopping center, gas station, or office park) to install 2 DC fast EV chargers.

We'll cover all installation, setup, and maintenance costs ensuring no expense to the host.

Details:

Chargers: ChargePoint Express 250 (62.5kW each, CCS/CHAdeMO/NACS-compatible).

Lease Offer: month fixed + revenue share from usage fees.

Benefits: Boost foot traffic by 10-20% (studies show increased visits at EV-equipped properties), enhance sustainability, and generate passive income.

Requirements: Public-facing access, proximity to 480V power preferred; Douglasville area ideal but open to Atlanta metro.

If you have or know of available space, please reply or contact me.

Happy to discuss agreements and site visits!

Thanks,

Omasiri Udeinya

Thus has great potential. I'm in the Atlanta area trying to break into the space. I've done some ground work but it's still early days. All the best.

@Alvin Taveras: Thanks for your response. The idea of purchasing from a builder sounds appealing and much less stressful for a first timer like me. I initially wanted to purchase the lot, look for a builder, use an already existing plan from the builder, and finance. I will explore the idea too.

@Nathaniel Schmitt: Thanks for your response. Knowing that you operate in the same region makes me more excited!  I plan to go with a ~ 1,600sqft home for now and keep learning. How did you find your contractor/builder? Was it through a referral or internet search?

@Michael K Gallagher Thanks for your response. The crazy market pushed me to start looking at alternative strategies :)

I am looking to make my first real estate deal and I have been learning and soaking all the information I can get access to. I was wondering if it will be a good idea to build a new structure for rent since it's a sellers market right now. Any thoughts?
