Hey everyone — we’ve got a larger land opportunity in Northwest Ohio near Lake Erie that we’re opening up to builders.
It’s a 43-acre site in one of the strongest vacation corridors in the state. The area pulls from Cleveland, Toledo, Detroit, Columbus, Cincinnati… and it’s surrounded by marinas, private clubs, and all the stuff people come up here for in the summer.
We’ve already taken the property through the heavy lifting on our side. Entitlements are done, soils and wetlands are completed, and the zoning is R-1 (up to 3 homes per acre). The site lays out really well for a single-family community, patio homes, or a mix depending on what a builder wants to do.
We’re open to selling the full 43 acres, but we’re also willing to carve off smaller builder-ready parcels — as small as 4 acres if someone wants to pick up a section and run their own project.
