searching for home inspector

Hi all,  We are looking for a qualified home inspector for our Centennial, Co rental.  We want to do an inspection before listing the property for sale. Once we find anything that must be done we'll know how much we can put into updating it to sell.  Thanks for sharing anyone who does good work.
