I own 13 acres within the Austin area and am exploring development options. I am in the early stages and looking to assemble the right team before moving too far forward.

I am specifically looking to connect with experienced professionals who can either assist directly or provide referrals, including:

• Land development consultants
• Civil engineers
• Entitlement and zoning specialists
• Surveyors
• Land use attorneys
• Builders with infill or suburban development experience
• Project managers familiar with Texas developments

Hi Chris - I'm a land development civil engineer in Austin. I've been doing engineering consulting since I graduated from UT and have done my own projects the last couple years as well.
