Looking for a Loan on a mix use

Hi BP

I have a mix use in escrow. Comes with two different addresses. One address being a triplex. The other address being a small novelty soil consultant smoke shop store under one roof and on the same Parcel. purchase price is 490. I have $100,000 down payment looking for a loan for 390
