Best Partnership Structure for Real Estate Task Platform

Hi BiggerPockets — I’d love advice from experienced investors/operators.

I’m an investor-friendly agent in CA. I’ve managed rentals, flip projects and done my own deals, so I know the pain for out-of-state investors and wholesalers: always need reliable boots. That's why I built KeyBee: an on-demand boots-on-the-ground service/marketplace for real estate investors (walkthrough photos/videos, property checkups, lockbox access, contractor access, etc.). Think Uber for real estate tasks — agents complete one-time local jobs and send photo/video proof. I have a working website + CRM (GoHighLevel), and I tested a few real orders through the website/MVP. I also collected a small early list (~40 contacts). The mobile app is live on iOS/Android, but it’s still in testing and fixing bugs before launching with active in-app orders.

Right now I'm out of resources to market and scale it myself, so I'm looking for an operator/partner to take over execution and grow it (or someone who can fund/hire a VA for marketing + ops). What's the fairest way to structure a partnership when the product is built but not scaled yet?

Thank you!
