Indianapolis Triplex Missing a Furnace… Here’s Why

At first glance, it looks like this Indianapolis triplex is missing a furnace—but the truth is way more interesting. The property has 2 furnaces in the basement, and the 3rd is in the attic. Why? The 3rd unit was added later, so the HVAC had to be modified to accommodate it.
