Hello, I’m seeking $775,000 to buy out a partner and finalize a rehab loan on a 96-unit building we already own. The property was appraised on 01/05/2026 at $1.3M as-is with a projected ARV of $7.05M. A $2.7M rehab loan is already approved and ready to close, and this funding will allow us to complete the partner buyout and move forward with the refinance and renovation.
