Philly contractor needed

Hi, I’m looking for a contractor to quote a cosmetic rehab on a 4-unit property in Northwest Philadelphia (Limekiln area).

Scope includes:

• Full interior paint

• Minor drywall repair

• LVP flooring repair (not replacement)

• Kitchen refresh (paint cabinets, hardware, faucet)

• Bathroom refresh (vanity, mirror, light, recaulk)

• Replace light fixtures

• Minor trim/door repair

• Deep clean

Units are roughly 500 sq ft each.

Please let me know if you know anyone who can do this.
