STR Property Manager Looking For Opportunities

Hello! My name is Damian Vignone, my team and I own and operate STR's across the northeast in the Poconos, Adirondack Mountains, and Vermont! We have found lots of success, and I am looking to expand my property management business! I thought there would be no better place to look than BP, and wanted to ask and see what the best way is to find and connect with STR owners who are looking for property managers for their properties? I am also looking for a mentor in the space as well, I am 27 years old, looking to make this my full time job and am very eager to learn and grateful for any responses and / or advice.
