Springfield Historic Home Windows!!!

I am wondering if anyone had had any experience dealing with windows in a historic home in Historic Springfield? If you can suggest any "Cheaper" (I know it's expensive) options for replacing/repairing windows in the area. Im looking for administrative approval from the Jacksonville Historic Preservation Committee, so we need someone who can repair whatever windows Staff recommended, as well as replace 8 Windows that are missing. There are 39 windows in the home and most can be repaired. Please let me know if you have someone, know a crew, or know someone who specializes in this type of preservation work.
