House Hack w/ Two garages - unfinished basement

Hi! If you are looking for potential to house hack in Denver you should come to my open house tomorrow 11-1pm at 124 S Decatur St, Denver to see this single family home zoned ADU. I was thinking it could be a great house hack for someone. You can finish the basement into a second unit and they can use the attached two car garage. The main level is pretty nice and the owner could live there and use the detached two car garage. Maybe you could even AirBnB the basement unit. It is not finished right now. I do have a bid for the job, $80K to finish the basement. That is a lot less than building an ADU (my ADU cost $400K). This place has a huge lot and so much potential!!
