 Hello I’m just south of Atlanta about 30mins i would love to get closer to the city or even branch out into rural areas

Well, once you determine the type of area you want to buy in, there are all kinds of options in how to locate off market properties.

 Yes I know the area in GA I just need to know how to get involved with the right people

 Oh. Ok I’m looking to taught How to find deals of that such , and execute them. It’s always great to have network. You understand that. No one I’m around has this mind set to give me guidance or understanding . Guess I sit in the forum and ask questions?
