Looking for contractor for BRRR
Hey everyone,
I'm actively scaling my BRRRR strategy in the St. Louis area (primarily Saint Ann, Overland, Maryland Heights, and surrounding pockets) and looking to build relationships with reliable general contractors and skilled trades.
I’m focused on buying value-add properties (~$100k–$150k range) that need light to moderate rehabs and turning them into rent-ready assets quickly. Speed, consistency, and communication are huge for me.
What I’m looking for:

General contractors who can manage full rehabs

Crews experienced in rental-grade renovations (not luxury flips)

Reasonable pricing with clear scopes of work

Ability to stay on timeline and budget

Familiarity with Section 8 / rental standards is a plus
Typical scope of work:

Paint, flooring (LVP/hardwood refinish)

Kitchen + bath updates

Light electrical/plumbing
-
Exterior repairs, occasional roof/HVAC updates
I currently own multiple rentals and am planning to continue acquiring, so I’m looking for long-term partners, not one-off jobs.
