My name is Richard. I’m currently building a rental portfolio in the Columbus area, and I’m looking to establish a long-term relationship with a reliable contractor.

Because of my schedule and potential overseas commitments, I operate remotely alongside a local property manager. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable coordinating projects, providing clear scopes, and communicating progress consistently.

Ideally, I’d like to work with someone who can:

• Review inspection reports or property photos and provide estimates
• Handle cosmetic updates as well as larger renovation projects
• Communicate clearly on timelines and scope of work
• Work consistently on multiple properties over time

I’m planning multiple projects and was hoping to find with one or two contractors long-term that are willing to work with me.
