🚨 GROWING REAL ESTATE TEAM – FLORIDA 🚨

Purple Reef Properties is currently looking to connect with highly motivated individuals interested in helping build a growing real estate operation focused on:

✔ Off-market opportunities
✔ Wholesaling
✔ Fix & flips
✔ Creative finance
✔ Co-living / PadSplit-style housing
✔ Value-add residential properties

This is NOT a traditional hourly position.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Entrepreneur-minded
• Self-motivated
• Consistent
• Coachable
• Interested in long-term growth within real estate

Current areas of focus may include:

• Lead generation
• Seller outreach
• CRM/pipeline management
• Market research
• Deal support
• General operational support

Compensation is currently structured on a performance/per-deal basis.

Experience is helpful, but not required. Communication skills, consistency, organization, and willingness to learn are extremely important.

South Florida applicants are preferred, but virtual/remote applicants will also be considered.
