We’re looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist for Bluebird Homes Co. in the St. Louis / St. Charles area. Are you, or someone you know, a great fit for this opportunity?
This is not a high-pressure sales role. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, spot opportunities, follow up well, and help find real investment deals: off-market homes, outdated properties, distressed situations, rentals, flips, and more.
You’ll work directly with local investors and be part of the real decision-making process behind acquisitions, renovations, wholesale deals, wholetails, and rentals.
This role is performance-based with potential strong earnings tied to deal quality and profitability.
