I'm looking to connect with a DSCR loan officer who can help with a cash‑out refinance on a new construction duplex built in 2025, located at 9441 Radio Rd, Houston TX 77075.

• New construction (2025)
• Fully stabilized
• Property Tax at about 2.5%
• Yearly Insurance is at 2,500
• Unit A leased at $1,750
• Unit B leased at $1,800
• Total rent: $3,550/mo
• No HOA, unrestricted subdivision
• Owned free & clear
• Looking to pull equity out and redeploy into additional duplex projects in the same area

I'm a builder/investor in Houston with multiple duplexes in this pocket and more coming. Looking for a lender who understands DSCR, new construction, and Houston infill.
