Dscr Loan Help
Hello,
I'm looking to connect with a DSCR loan officer who can help with a cash‑out refinance on a new construction duplex built in 2025, located at 9441 Radio Rd, Houston TX 77075.
Property details:
- New construction (2025)
- Fully stabilized
- Property Tax at about 2.5%
- Yearly Insurance is at 2,500
- Unit A leased at $1,750
- Unit B leased at $1,800
- Total rent: $3,550/mo
- No HOA, unrestricted subdivision
- Owned free & clear
- Looking to pull equity out and redeploy into additional duplex projects in the same area
I'm a builder/investor in Houston with multiple duplexes in this pocket and more coming. Looking for a lender who understands DSCR, new construction, and Houston infill.
