What are you using right now to keep track of your deals, auction properties, deadlines, documents, contacts, and follow-ups?

I’ve been building a tool to help organize all of that in one place and I’m looking for a handful of investors who’d be willing to beta test it and give honest feedback.

That’s a great observation, and honestly that’s been one of the biggest themes I’ve heard so far.

Most investors already have places to store information—spreadsheets, CRMs, email, notes, Google Drive, etc. The challenge seems to be turning that information into action and actually keeping up with everything. Follow-ups, auction deadlines, contractor tasks, buyer communication, due dates, documents, and reminders tend to end up scattered across multiple tools.

My goal with EstateFlo isn’t just to be another place to store data. It’s to give investors one place to manage deals and the actions tied to those deals so things don’t fall through the cracks.

That’s actually why I’m looking for beta users. I’d love to get feedback from someone who’s had these conversations and understands the pain points. Would you be open to taking a look at the beta and giving some honest feedback on what’s working, what’s missing, and what you’d expect from a platform like this?

From conversations I've had, it seems like most investors don't struggle with storing information as much as they struggle with keeping up with the actions tied to that information.

Deals, follow-ups, contractor coordination, reminders, deadlines, and communication all end up scattered across different tools.

I'm curious—have you found that users are looking for a true all-in-one platform, or are they mainly looking for a better way to connect and manage the systems they're already using?
