How Are You Tracking Deals, Auctions, and Deadlines?

Real estate investors:

What are you using right now to keep track of your deals, auction properties, deadlines, documents, contacts, and follow-ups?

I’ve been building a tool to help organize all of that in one place and I’m looking for a handful of investors who’d be willing to beta test it and give honest feedback.

No sales pitch—just looking for real-world users to help identify what’s working, what’s not, and what features would actually be useful.

If you’re interested, send me a DM and I’ll send over an invite.

As a thank you, anyone who actively participates in the beta and provides feedback will be grandfathered in at 50% off for life if we decide to offer a paid version in the future.

Also curious—what’s the biggest headache with your current system? Spreadsheets? CRMs? Auction tracking? Document management? Something else?
