Are you a licensed Real Estate Agent who's hungry to earn more, close more, and actually have a team behind you?

💰 What You'll Earn
Uncapped commission based income between $100,000 and $300,000 per year. The more you close, the more you make. No ceiling.

📋 What You'll Do
You'll represent buyers, sellers, and renters through the full transaction process, generate leads through cold calling, social media and networking, conduct market research and comparative market analyses, build and manage property listings, lead client negotiations and coordinate closings, run showings and open houses, and stay compliant with Real Estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
✅ What We're Looking For
You'll need an active Real Estate License and a valid Driver's License. Beyond that we're looking for a strong communicator with a client first mentality who is self motivated and coachable whether you're brand new or have years of experience. Being organized and able to manage multiple clients and transactions is a must, along with familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.
