Why do you need someone to manage it?

I don't think it's necessary, but I do think it provides more professionalism and I want to make sure my clients are taken care of in the best way.

Quote from @Matt Devincenzo:

You need a loan servicer not an escrow company. There are several out there so look them up and see who has their PA license...there are several threads with names, but here are a few:

BIFI, Madison Management, FCI, Allied, Evergreen

 Thanks for the info!

@Christian Petrozza perhaps you can hire a property management company just to do the accounting and payment? We manage 800 units and do accounting only for some of our clients.

I will certainly keep this in mind!

I'm currently in the process of closing an owner finance deal in the state of PA. The title company is prepping the mortgage, but is there an escrow company that can disburse the payments over the next 15 years professionally? Is it necessary if the title company is already prepping the mortgage?

thanks, first owner finance deal and was suggested to use an escrow company, but they arent licensed in PA

Find a mentor thats already closing deals in your market

Find a good mentor in your market thats already succeeding. Cut them into your deals and your success will be financial gains for them. Do exactly what they say and eventually you can do it on your own

@Xavier Hamblin be trustworthy, kind, and professional. Treat every client carefully, and the growth will be natural. Otherwise I recommend you make a schedule and stick to it religiously, while doing your best to unplug, take time away from real estate altogether and pick it back up the next day. As a new agent, you can find yourself seemingly working all day and making no money. Turn your phone off at 9 or something. This has helped me as a youmg agent.

@Nicole Heasley I am the tenant in this case.

@Darius Ogloza PENNSYLVANIA but thank you!
