How do you decide which leads your callers work first?
I’m looking for a few real estate investors, wholesalers, or outbound teams who want help cleaning up and prioritizing skip trace output before a list gets worked.
I’ve been building a workflow that helps identify which records are most worth calling first based on:
- owner/contact confidence
- phone quality
- contactability
- owner/property match strength
- motivation signals
- recommended call priority
This is designed for people who already have property lists, skip trace output, or stale lead files and want a better way to decide which records deserve attention first.
For a limited number of people, I’m offering to run a small sample list so you can compare the prioritized output against how you would normally work the same records.
Good sample size: 10–15 property records.

- people with old/stale lists
- anyone spending too much time on records that go nowhere
