Are you tired of paying for skip traced owner contacts and finding the number to be wrong? That's because you are getting unverified skips. Anyone can run a skip trace program and it will return all numbers associated, past or present, with that owner. Sometimes its a match but a lot of times its not. That is frustrating and a waste of your money...hence that's why its so cheap. I hand verify each owner contact to ensure you are getting the phone number for the owner listed for the property. So if you want better return on your money, give me chance. I guarantee you will see a better connect ratio with the homeowner.
