Testing a Skip Trace Cleanup & Lead Prioritization Service

I’m looking for a few real estate investors, wholesalers, or outbound teams who want help cleaning up and prioritizing their lead lists before outreach starts.

A lot of investors have access to property data, skip tracing, and lead lists. But once the data comes back, the bigger operational question is:

Which records are actually worth working first?

I’ve been building a workflow that helps evaluate and prioritize leads based on things like:

  • owner/contact confidence
  • contactability
  • phone quality
  • motivation signals
  • ownership match strength
  • recommended call priority

This is designed for people who already have a property list, skip trace output, or stale lead file and want a clearer way to decide which records deserve attention first.

For a limited number of people, I’m offering to run a small free sample so you can compare the prioritized output against how you would normally work the same records.

A good sample size is 10–15 property records.

Best fit:

  • wholesalers
  • investors using callers or VAs
  • small acquisitions teams
  • investors with older/stale lists
  • anyone spending too much time on records that go nowhere

This is not a bulk list sale. It’s more of a pre-dial cleanup and prioritization workflow so your team has a cleaner starting point before outreach begins.

Message me if you’d like me to look at a small sample.
