Call Centers: I’m Testing AI-Assisted Lead Prioritization Before Agents Start Dialing

Most investors are using AI for content.

Emails. Captions. Social posts. Follow-up messages.

I’m testing a different use case for real estate call centers:

Using AI to help prioritize seller lead files before the dialing starts.

If your call center works with wholesalers, investors, or acquisition teams, you’ve probably seen this problem:

A client sends over a raw seller list or skip-traced file, and your agents are expected to start calling.

But the file does not always tell your team:

  • Which records should be called first
  • Which owner match looks strongest
  • Which phone number should be tried first
  • Which records look reachable
  • Which records may need research before dialing
  • Which leads may be weak matches or false positives

That means your agents may spend time working records that were never properly prioritized.

With Intelligent Skip Tracing, I’m testing an AI-assisted cleanup and lead prioritization service for call centers that work real estate seller leads.

The goal is not to replace your agents.

The goal is to help your agents start with a cleaner, more organized call plan.

A processed file can help group records into:

  1. Call first
  2. Research first
  3. Lower priority / possible bad match

This may be useful for call centers dialing vacant, absentee, tired landlord, probate, inherited, pre-foreclosure, high-equity, or other motivated seller lists.

If your call center is already receiving skip-traced files from clients and your team still has to figure out where to start, I’d be open to testing a small sample.

Send 10–25 records and I’ll show how I’d prioritize the file before your agents begin outreach.
