If your call center works with wholesalers, investors, or acquisition teams, you’ve probably seen this problem:
A client sends over a raw seller list or skip-traced file, and your agents are expected to start calling.
But the file does not always tell your team:
- Which records should be called first
- Which owner match looks strongest
- Which phone number should be tried first
- Which records look reachable
- Which records may need research before dialing
- Which leads may be weak matches or false positives
That means your agents may spend time working records that were never properly prioritized.
