Looking for 80% LTV Cash Out Refi Lender

Hey all,

I am looking for a DSCR lender that can help with the following terms on multiple deals:

1. Loan Ammounts: less than 100k sometimes

2. Cash Out LTV: 80%

3 Appraisal: Preferably non amc but not deal breaker

4. Lending Fees: less than 3% on sample 100k loan for all lending fees (origination, underwriting fees, all other lending type fees)

5. Location: Ohio

Not aware of any lender do 80% on a refi - if it's out there your rate will be very high and I doubt the DSCR ratio will actually work
