Looking for someone who wants a real seat inside how a private real estate debt fund actually runs, not a generic admin / operations coordinator role.
You'll work directly with our Asset Management and Investor Relations teams: investor communications, portal and document tracking, and the day-to-day mechanics of managing a live note and REO portfolio. If you've ever wanted to understand how NPL acquisition, loan workouts, or investor reporting actually work from the inside, this is a hands-on way to learn it, not from a course, but from doing the work.
Good fit if you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel and document systems, and want to grow into more responsibility as you prove yourself. Real estate or finance background is a plus but not required; curiosity and follow-through matter more.
