Investor Portal Software

I am a real estate syndicator (or at least starting out as one). Right now I email reports out to my investors every few weeks. I'd like them to be able to log into my website with a password to see their reports (rent roll, p&l, balance sheet, etc). Not all of my investors are in all of my deals, so the portal needs to know what information to make available. Right now I set up a very basic website with GoDaddy.com with information about my business. I can link the GoDaddy website to the investor portal.

Does anyone have any recommendations for investor portal software?? Preferably cheap and/or fee!
