Milwaukee contractor referrals needed for rental
Hi all, I'm closing on a duplex in MKE in about 10 days and will be doing a mostly cosmetic reno (paint, some flooring, minor repairs/handyman work).
i would appreciate any referrals or recommendations for reliable and reasonably priced contractors to reach out to. If you could include what they've done for you and how it went, that's even better.
