I am working with the securities attorney folks to get the agreements ready for listing deals for others. We worked on getting our first deal ready to list this week, but there are some compliance items that kept it from working out. I am hoping to sort through all of this in the coming few weeks.
For now I'd appreciate any feedback on the site you all can give us. We realize it will be a work in progress for a bit. Honest and constructive feedback is welcome.

The Delaware Statutory Trust or DST is a trust that gives investors the ability to buy fractional interests in large commercial real estate. Investors buy beneficial interests in the Delaware Statutory Trusts. The beneficial interests qualify as a purchase or sale of real estate for income tax purposes and 1031 Exchange treatment.
Delaware Statutory Trusts are sold as security interests and are therefore sold by licensed securities representatives.
