WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE LENDER TO LEND 90,000 ON A 215,000 ARV PROPERTY

WE HAVE A POTENTIAL  BUYER WAITING TO SEE THE HOUSE COMPLETE TO PURCHASE  

WE NEED THE MONEY TO PAY OFF SELLER,LENDER AND TO FINISH THE HOUSE

Private lenders are really someone you know personally and who are willing to lend to you.  Anyone who advertises or responds to ads is more likely than not a hard money lender.

Your deal might be fundable by a hard money lender.  A first position loan of $90K on a property valued at $215K would fit the parameters for most hard money lenders.  But rates are going to be mid double digits with a handful of points.  Is that the sort of loan you're looking for?
