Offering investors an alternative to get bank quality rates or better without having to deal with the vigorous underwriting requirements that banks typically hold you to.  Also, providing a way to obtain a longer fixed period than most commonly seen at 5 or 10 years while still being competitive with bank rates.  

Below is an overview of what we can offer on both purchases and refinances:

-Up to 85% LTV
-Loan starting at $750K
-Rates starting at 2.9%
-Very low points (most cases 1 point or less)
-Fixed rate options from 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 30, and 35 years
-30 year amortization is most common (other options are available)
-Term options from 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, and 35 years
-Partial documentation underwriting
-Fully assumable
-Amortization options are interest only, partial amortizing, and fully amortizing structures
-Non-recourse
-No Personal Guarantees
-Closing in 45-60 days
